Venus Sugar Limited

Established in 1991 in Chandausi, Uttar Pradesh, Venus Sugar Limited has weathered economic challenges and adverse government policies to remain a key player in India's sugar industry. Now debt-free, thanks to favorable government measures, Venus is expanding its capacity and planning a state-of-the-art ethanol production unit. The company has already increased its sugar manufacturing capacity from 3,800 TCD to 4,000 TCD through internal funds, with further expansions in the pipeline. MP Singh Foundation

M.P. Singh foundation is a registered charitable trust. It is a non-profit trust, to promote, establish, run, develop and manage institutions and organizations in various fields beneficial to the community without any discrimination of caste, color and creed.


In 2002, M.P. Singh Foundation established Delhi Public School, Meerut under the aegis of the Delhi Public School Society, Meerut, which has two branches now; A) main branch Delhi Public School, Baghpatroad, B) Delhi Public School, Daurala. The school is running solid with 2200 students. Furthering his resolve to spread quality education, Mr. Singh established Delhi Public School in Dehradun in 2008, which has two branches, A) Kalagaon, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, B) Rajpur road, Dehradun. The school is reaching out to the community not only of Dehradun but also Rishikesh & Mussoorie. The school is benefiting 2300 students as of now.

The beverages business of the Group, under Onkara Beverages & Hospitality Private Limited, is thriving. Headquartered in Delhi, Onkara Beverages has production units in Punjab and Telangana, with products currently available in Delhi, Chandigarh, and Goa. The company is expanding to Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Kerala.

In its first year, Onkara Beverages launched "Lone Wolf – Mild" and "Lone Wolf – Strong" beers, achieving a satisfactory Rs. 8 Cr. turnover, with Lone Wolf – Strong performing particularly well. In its second year, new brands "Lone Wolf Alpha Witbier" and "Lone Wolf Mavrick Blonde Lager" were introduced, reaching a Rs. 25 Cr. turnover, with expectations to double this in FY 2023-24.
